Driving about 8 km southeast from Gangneung on National Road No. 7 leads to the Anin Intersection. Turn left toward Jeongdongjin/Anin-ri, then right toward Donghae/Okgye at the Mojeon Intersection and continue for another 8 km to reach Jeongdongjin, a famous sunrise spot. The coastal terrace trail allows visitors to see diverse views of the terrace that were previously inaccessible. Coastal guard posts and barbed wire scattered along the path create a poignant contrast with the beautiful sea and terrace. We look forward to the day when we can admire the blue sea of the coastal terrace without these barriers.

The view of the coastal terrace from Jeongdongjin Sculpture Park differs significantly from the view looking up from Okgye Beach. On the way to Okgye Beach, there are places where you can enjoy tea and shopping while overlooking the Sun Cruise Hotel and yacht marina. It is recommended to explore the terrace with a relaxed mind while enjoying these diverse activities. It is also a very popular spot for photography, making it a great destination for photography clubs.
